| A note from Saiful, January 22, 2005.
Considering that there is still
a lot of work to do, it will be very difficult for me to keep-up
with my journal, especially as I think it essential to include
my insights/thoughts. I will try my best to write a regular
journal as I have been doing. However, to give our friends more
speedy updates, I will try to write and send a summary update
every 1-2 days. My journal requires a longer time to prepare,
but I think that’ll be fine as long as people can still follow
the updates. In short, summary updates will be more frequent
than the journal postings, but
shorter, more objective, and will consist more or less of
pointers on what we are doing on a particular day on the ground.
Journals will be less frequently uploaded, longer, and will
offer a more subjective view of what I see on the ground.
